The RCPsych Psychometric Analyst will be a key part of the examination’s unit, responsible for analysing the performance of College examinations and reporting on their findings to relevant stakeholder groups such as the MRCPsych Exams Sub-Committee. Responsibilities will also include supporting research and analysis relevant to the development of the examinations. As an example, this is expected to include work on differential attainment.
