Clinical and Strategic Director of the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH)

The College is seeking to appoint a Clinical and Strategic Director of the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH) to provide clinical and strategic leadership to the NCCMH alongside the International Clinical and Strategic Director and the Academic and Strategic Director.

Along with the Director of the NCCMH, the Head of Quality Improvement and the Head of Quality and Research Development, the Clinical and Strategic Director will lead the NCCMH’s work overall.

The Clinical and Strategic Director will also be expected to lead specific projects in the NCCMH, as agreed with the Director and Heads, and to represent and promote the NCCMH within the RCPsych and externally with senior stakeholders across healthcare in the UK.

This post is a secondment, and the appointee should expect, with agreement of their employer, to spend an average of 2 PAs/sessions per week in this role, which will be funded.
