We are appointing to three important administrative roles within the Training and Workforce Team in the Professional Standards Department of the College. 

The Wellbeing Coordinator will be focused on supporting the College’s Workforce Wellbeing Strategy. This includes the development of the College’s coaching and mentoring offer, supporting psychiatrists affected by patient suicide and homicide, and the Psychiatrists’ Support Service (PSS).

The Educational Standards Coordinator will be supporting work relating to the psychiatry specialty curricula and quality assurance processes in psychiatric medical education and training.

The Credentialing Coordinator will be supporting the development and management of Credentials in line with both the guidelines of the College and the General Medical Council (GMC).

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong, professional written, verbal and presentation skills. They will have experience of minute taking and meeting preparation, as well as the ability to respond to a wide range of queries both online, via social media and phone in a professional, proactive, and helpful manner. 

The successful candidate will be able to take the initiative with support and direction, have attention to detail, be keen to learn and develop, and be able to work flexibly in a busy and supportive team in a collaborative and respectful way.
