This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to take the first step in a career in events. We are recruiting for an Events Intern to join our experienced and award-winning events team. The role will work across our varied event programme supporting the administration and delivery of our events and gaining valuable experience to take forward to future event roles. 

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, has great interpersonal and communication skills and an eye for detail. In return you will have the opportunity to work directly on a wide range of events, including our international congress and to experience first-hand many of the aspects of organising events supported by our friendly and knowledgeable team.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists is the professional membership body for psychiatrists and promotes excellent care for people with mental illness. It has 19,000 members and engages with government and the media as the leading voice of the UK’s mental health services.
