Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Office Manager – Maternity Cover

An exciting role has now become available to manage and coordinate the PA team in order to build a sense of team across the College’s PAs. The post holder will formulate the standards to which all the College’s PAs are expected to perform and provide full administrative and business support to the Chief Executive.

To be eligible, you should have experience of working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or other similar role and have knowledge of best practice in the PA/EA professional field. 

You should be a strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide cross-section of internal and external contacts. Ability to use MS Office software to a high standard is essential as well as the ability to act on own initiative but to take instruction where appropriate. Experience of line managing staff and administering Board-level meetings is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check.
