Executive Assistant to the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and Chief Executive

An exciting role has become available to provide full administrative support to the Colleges' Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and to the Chief Executive. The post holder will also provide high-level executive and business support to the Chief Executive while ensuring the smooth running of his office. 

To be eligible, you should have experience of working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or other similar role and have knowledge of best practice in the PA/EA professional field. You should be a strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide cross-section of internal and external contacts. Ability to use MS Office software to a high standard is essential as well as the ability to act on own initiative but to take instruction where appropriate. Experience in administering board-level meetings is highly desirable.
