Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role plays a key frontline role in the support we provide to staff. Working within a busy team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent levels of service are provided.
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who will provide full administrative support to the HR Team – while ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
In addition to the general HR administration support, you will also be directly responsible for supporting the recruitment activity of staff at the College.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who is highly organised, has excellent time management skills, demonstrates attention to detail and is able to work under their own initiative.
Experience of setting up and undertaking own administration is essential, as are communication and interpersonal skills.
