We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) who will assist with the management of equality, diversity, and inclusion within HR. This includes assisting with EDI programmes, developing processes, policies, tools, and HR Management Information etc. 

The post-holder will support the Director of HR with the strategic aspects of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal courteously and efficiently work alongside key internal and external stakeholders and senior management.

You should be an excellent team player who is keen to contribute and assist with the embedding of the College values.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check.
