Overview of the role

The Public Engagement Editorial Board (PEEB) oversees the production of the College’s patient and carer information resources. The Board is seeking 4 members, who will support the production of mental health information for adults living with mental illness and the people who care for them. Applicants should be a member of the College.

Key responsibilities

Attend meetings of PEEB, which are be held 4 times per year either at the College, by video or telephone conferencing (via Microsoft Teams) or elsewhere.

Work with the rest of the Board, including attendance at an annual planning meeting to agree the key priorities for developing resources in each 12-month period

Provide advice and comments to the Mental Health Information Officer on drafts of resources that are sent to the Board for review.

Uphold and promote the College values of Courage, Innovation, Respect, Collaboration, Learning and Excellence (see the job description for more details on College values).
