Personal Assistant to the Registrar, Dean and Treasurer

The Chief Executive’s Office is currently seeking an experienced, exceptional PA to provide full administrative support and professional PA provision to the College’s Registrar, Dean and Treasurer. 

The post-holder will support the Registrar, Dean and Treasurer in all aspects of their work including diary management, travel arrangements, emails and correspondence, as well as providing ad-hoc administrative support to other College Officers when required.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of internal and external contacts, and health organisations. You should be an excellent communicator and team player who is keen to contribute and be part of the continuous development of the PA team and its office processes. 

A strong knowledge of MS Office is essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
