Presidential Scholars (six roles)

The College are recruiting six Presidential Scholars to support the Presidential Leads in the following areas:
- Presidential Scholar for Global Mental Health Strategy
- Presidential Scholar for Physical Health
- Presidential Scholar for Retention and Wellbeing
- Presidential Scholar for Women and Mental Health
- Presidential Scholar for Equity and Equality
- Presidential Scholar for Compassionate and Relational Care
The College's Presidential Leads support and advise the President and College Officers in all matters relating to a specific area of our work, as well as leading on the development and delivery of relevant projects.
As a Presidential Scholar, you will work closely to support the Presidential Lead(s) with research, drafting publications, policy development, engagement and influencing in relation to their specific area of work.
Candidates must be an ST4-ST6 doctor or SAS doctor who is a current member/associate of the College, has a demonstrable interest in the specific area of work, and can use their special interest day each week to work with the Presidential Lead(s) for a period of one year starting in February 2025.
