MindEd is a fast-moving programme with many different projects in development at any one time. The Senior Project Manager is essential to manage the timely delivery of the different projects to meet the eLearning needs of Health Education England (HEE) and the workforce, as defined by each funding agreement as necessary.

The Senior Project Manager holds responsibility for defining, developing and delivering online resources, including liaison with external suppliers, freelance authors, and technical partners at HEE. The proven ability to plan and organise complex tasks is essential alongside excellent communication skills. 

The role has line management responsibility for the MindEd Programme Administrator and also includes management of the clinical/editorial team and participation in the MindEd programme team as a whole, including periodic reporting and support for stakeholder engagement.

The Senior Project Manager promotes MindEd internally and externally, which may include attendance at workshops and conferences as agreed with the Programme Manager.

The successful candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure Barring Service check.
