This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Service Desk Analyst to join the College. They will play a key part in the IS Department which is to efficiently resolve Service Desk requests to maintain an excellent IS service to the College staff and members.

We are looking for someone with previous Service Desk management experience within an organisation of at least 200 users and is MCP qualified or similar.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build good working relationships with other departments. They will have to respond to requests to the Service Desk and log incidents and service requests via the College’s Service Desk system. They will require an aptitude for working with end users and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of users’ IS problems.

Please note there will be two rounds of shortlisting. There will be an initial shortlist after the closing date (Wednesday 1 June 2022) where all successful shortlisted candidates will have to complete a work-related task and then after this there will be a further stage of shortlisting for the interview stage.
