Ramneek Sohal is the People Director at the Karen Millen Group and a Human Resources leader with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of industry sectors.
Prior to Karen Millen, Ramneek partnered and advised C-suite and executive directors on HR direction and led major initiatives and transformation programmes across organisations such as the Dixons Carphone Group PLC, House of Fraser, Monsoon Accessorize and The Coca-Cola Company.
Ramneek’s expertise lies in developing and executing people-focused strategies to address a wide range of business challenges. She has also been instrumental in creating organisational cultures that nurture and support employee mental and physical well-being and encourage a healthy work/life balance.
Ramneek is passionate about supporting and contributing to causes within the non-for-profit and charity sector. She is an active fundraiser and regularly volunteers her time to mentor and coach young people.
