The British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) have launched a 'Support is Key' project - for those working within the NHS, Social Care, Police and Fire Service, and who have been affected by the recent Coronavirus outbreak.
This project offers you up to 6 free sessions with a trained psychotherapist, who will offer an opportunity to talk to them - remotely until face to face therapy resumes - about how you might have been affected by these difficult circumstances.
