We are now accepting nominations for two of our College officer roles, those of Dean and Treasurer – with current respective post holders Dr Kate Lovett and Dr Jan Falkowski finishing their terms of office in summer 2021.
The Dean, who works closely with the President and other officers, leads the College’s work on training and education, as well as recruitment and retention.
The Treasurer, who also works closely with the officers, helps ensure the College remains financially sustainable and can fund key projects and workstreams that underpin delivery against its objectives.
Nominations will close at 5pm on Friday 6 November. You can find all the information on how to stand for Dean or Treasurer, including the forms that need to be submitted and some FAQs on the nomination process.
All Members, Fellows and Specialist Associates can stand for election, and all can vote for the next Dean and Treasurer when voting opens on Wednesday 16 December. The election will close at midday on Wednesday 13 January, with the results being announced on Thursday 14 January.
There are other elected roles in the Divisions, Devolved Nations, Faculties, SIGs and Psychiatric Trainees Committee that are now open for nomination as well. See our website for the full list of vacancies.
