Recordings
On-demand access of recordings from presentations at Congress is included within the fee for the whole Congress only.
Recordings of presentations are not included in the day registration fee; you will only have access to the live event on the day you book.
Please note that we can only include recordings where we have the speaker's permission to do so and this may not be available for all sessions. Some Congress Fringe sessions will not be recorded, and a full list, alongside the pricing structure for additional Fringe sessions, will be available in the coming months.
Session recordings will be made available after the Congress has taken place, meaning you will not be able to watch online in real-time (the date of their release will be specified nearer the time).
How do I register?
The easiest way to register for the 2022 Congress is online by credit/debit card. You will need to login using your College membership details. If you are not a member of the College you may need to first register an account.
If you are paying
on behalf of someone else the best way to make payment is via BACS. Please complete and return our registration form to congress@rcpsych.ac.uk. We cannot reserve places until payment is made.
Please note, that all prices are in pound sterling. If you are making an international payment, please ensure that you cover the exchange rate. You will also be required to cover any international banking charge.
If you intend to use a voucher to cover some/all of your fee, please email a copy of your voucher to congress@rcpsych.ac.uk ahead of making your booking.
We can also take payment by credit/debit card over the phone. Please call the Congress team on 020 8618 4120 or 020 8618 4150 to do so.
How much does it cost?
Fees for Congress vary depending on several factors. The earlier you book, the more money you will save. Please note that the Early Bird fee is only available up until 31st March 2022, any payment received after this date will be charged the standard fee.
The fee you pay also depends on your current career status, providing you are a member of the College. If the rate that appears for you when making your booking does not match your current position, please first check that your position and place of work
are up to date on your membership profile. If this is incorrect you can amend this yourself, once complete you will then need to log out and back in again for the changes
to take effect. If your position and place of work is correct on your membership profile but the incorrect fee is still appearing please contact us congress@rcpsych.ac.uk
If you are a UK based medical student or foundation year doctor you may be able to join the College as an associate member. Please view our website for more details. To join the College as a student associate or foundation doctor associate is completely free and will entitle you to the lowest rates for the Congress. Once you have registered and signed up, please make sure you log out and back in again of your account for the changes to take effect.
If you are not based in the UK and not yet a member of the College, you may benefit from becoming an International Member.
International members have access to a multitude of resources to continue their professional development, and members from band C and D countries are entitled to a reduced booking fee for our Congress.
If you are not a member of the College you will always be required to pay the non-member fee. Reduced fees for Congress are a benefit of membership.
Are there any additional costs?
We hope to release our Fringe programme later on in the year. Once this is released there will be the opportunity to purchase a ticket for social events taking place at Congress 2022 that are not included in the ticket price.
We also hope to give those delegates who could not attend, the opportunity to purchase session recordings once the conference has ended. More information on this will be provided closer to the time.
