I'm an SpR in General Adult Psychiatry and one of the six PTC representatives covering trainees throughout the London area. On the PTC, I've been involved with quality assurance of training, curriculum and assessments, setting up the first RCPsych London Division Awards and tackling the issue of racism towards doctors in the mental health setting.
