Standard Setting Panel Vacancies


The College wishes to appoint Senior Trainees and Consultants to join the Standard Setting Panel for the MRCPsych written examinations.

 

The MRCPsych written examinations consist of two written papers (Papers A & B). The Standard Setting Panel meets four times a year and is responsible for reviewing question performance based on a modified Angoff method.

 

The position will appeal to those who have both the experience and an interest in assessment processes and a commitment to ensuring our assessment methods meet the highest standards.

 

The post is voluntary, and appointees will be expected to attend at least two meetings per year, expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with College policy. The post will be for one year in the first instance.
