RCPSych and RCGP 'Working Together'

This is a joint conference with the RCGP and RCPsych focusing on ‘Working Together’ to facilitate the increasing integration of specialist care being in the community. The programme focuses on the sub-specialties, as increasingly GP's feel fairly confident in managing the more main stream enduring illnesses. There will also be a focus on GPs and Psychiatrist wellbeing and keynote speaker(s).

From psychiatry, the programme will focus on sub specialities of mental health which has a lot of monitoring back to primary care. Sub speciality topics include, Eating Disorders and ADHD.

Up to 6 CPD hours, subject to peer group approval.

Audience

StartΨell is a Consultant-led initiative for psychiatrists in their first five years as a Consultant or Locum Consultant. StartΨell focusses on six elements (illustrated above) to support Psychiatrists in their first consultant role with the intention of establishing good habits for their career. We also encourage ST6 Doctors to attend.

Notice must be given in writing by post or email divisionsadmin@rcpsych.ac.uk.


80% refund if notice is received 1 month before the event.
50% refund if notice is received 2 weeks before the event.
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your place.
