Skills in Neurodevelopmental disorders including ASD and ADHD are increasingly being recognised as essential for all psychiatrists.  The programme includes internationally recognised experts addressing the realities of working with co-morbidities and complexity with opportunities for discussion. Case studies are a central part of the day.

This event is aimed at clinicians at all stages in their careers working in mainstream generic mental health services as well as those in specialist neurodevelopmental services. Trainees are encouraged to participate in this rapidly emerging practice area, the conference offers a reduced trainee delegate rate and provides opportunities for poster presentations.

The venue is well placed for easy access to public transport in central Leeds.


The first conference of this group was oversubscribed so early booking is recommended.

Poster Competition

Trainees, foundation doctors and medical students are invited on any aspect of neurodevelopmental Psychiatry. A prize of £75 will be awarded for the best poster.  Anyone intending to submit a poster should inform Suzie Veitch by 17th May 2018.
