NI Secretary of State announced Budget for NI to end of March 2018 and the fact that £50m of the promised £1billion (as part of the Confidence and Supply agreement between the  Conservative Party and the DUP) could be accessed in this financial year if the NI Civil Service wish to apply for same.

Dr Gerry Lynch and Dr Peter Trimble attend the final meeting of the CRISP Commission and update delegates from an NI perspective.

The local political crisis impacts adversely on the timescales for the introduction of MUP for Alcohol in RoI

And Dr Gerry Lynch explores Priorities for Primary Care at a Policy Forum NI Seminar.


External Affairs

Dr Stephen Moore and Dr Jo Minay attend a joint YIM Care Pathway and Mental Health Informatics Group and report positive progress.

Dr Moore also attends the Agile process workshop. Agile is a group of software development methodologies permitting collaboration between cross functional teams.
