Interim Reviews

As part of the 3 year Quality Mark Award process, participant wards must undertake an interim review after they have achieved the Quality Mark. The review is to help ensure that the ward is still meeting the award requirements, to review progress as well as to detail any significant changes on the ward, for example to the staffing, leadership or environment. The interim review includes:

  •  A short form interim review questionnaire regarding any significant changes in ward leadership and environment, to be completed by the Ward Manager and Lead Consultant.
  • A repeat of patient questionnaire data collection over 6-8 weeks with a target of 15 questionnaires.
