Overview
The Science of the Art of Psychopharmacology: Practical psychodynamics in pharmacotherapy.
The seminar day will focus on the “how”, not “what” to prescribe, and contribute to placing psychodynamic prescribing on the agenda of psychiatrists
Objectives:
- To describe the psychosocial factors in prescribing
- To provide the evidence base for relational prescribing
- To describe a framework for managing the psychodynamics of prescribing
- To describe specific techniques in relational prescribing
