RCPsych Publications - How to Order

Individuals

1.  Buy online from this site by selecting (in print) titles from the 'Titles A-Z' list and clicking the 'Buy Now' button on the right-hand side of the page for that title.

2.  Telephone the College Book Sales office on: +44 (0)20 7235 2351 ext 6146 (9.30am to 2pm UK time).  Please have your credit card details to hand.

3.  Fax the order form to: +44 (0)20 7245 1231 (with credit card details).

4.  Post the order form to: Book Sales, The Royal College of Psychiatrists, 17 Belgrave Square, London, SW1X 8PG, UK (with credit card details or cheque).

Delivery

• Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail second class service and this is free of charge. You may pay extra for first class service (ask for details).
• Delivery to addresses outside the UK is by surface mail, there is no extra charge for this. For faster airmail, add an extra £4 per book (or £2 for a Books Beyond Words title) or, £2 for a College Report.
• Customers within the USA may recieve goods more quickly if ordered from our USA distributor, Publishers Storage and Shipping Company. You may also direct queries on book content to Princeton Selling Group. See details for both in the trade section below. Books can also be ordered through www.amazon.com

10% discount for RCPsych members

All members of the Royal College of Psychiatrists are entitled to 10% off the price of all RCPsych Publications products. Simply quote your membership number when placing an order. 

(Please note the members' discount is not available if buying through a high street bookshop or from our UK or Australian trade distributors.)

It is College policy that we must receive payment before sending out the goods. Proforma invoices can be issued upon request.

Returns Policy (Individuals)

Returns Policy for individual orders placed online or directly with the College.  For UK trade returns please contact Turpin Distribution (details above).

If an item has been supplied incorrectly, or is damaged, please contact us to discuss the best means of return. We shall reimburse you for the item and return postage.

If you want to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 7 days of receipt at your own cost. We shall refund the cost of the goods, providing the goods are in perfect resaleable condition.

In all cases authorisation for any returns must be granted by the College Book Sales office prior to returning goods. Please call us on +44 (0)20 7235 2351 ext 6146 (9.30am to 2pm UK time, weekdays) or email booksales@rcpsych.ac.uk. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

DVDs, CD-ROMs, videos & tapes: Returns will only be accepted if goods arrive damaged or faulty. We regret that we cannot refund when DVDs, CD-ROMs, videos or tapes have been used.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
