Returns Policy
(Individuals)
Returns Policy for individual orders placed online or directly
with the College. For UK trade returns please contact Turpin
Distribution (details above).
If an item has been supplied incorrectly, or
is damaged, please contact us to discuss the best means of return.
We shall reimburse you for the item and return postage.
If you want to return an item for any other reason, you may do so
within 7 days of receipt at your own cost. We shall refund the cost
of the goods, providing the goods are in perfect resaleable
condition.
In all cases authorisation for any returns must be granted by the
College Book Sales office prior to returning goods. Please call us

your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
DVDs, CD-ROMs, videos & tapes: Returns will only be accepted if
goods arrive damaged or faulty. We regret that we cannot refund
when DVDs, CD-ROMs, videos or tapes have been used.
This returns policy does not affect your
statutory rights.
