Governance

Information on these pages is updated following every quarterly Governance Board meeting.

Draft Terms of Reference were agreed at the meeting of RCPsych Council in November 2025.

These were subsequently updated and approved at the first meeting of the Dyfodol Governance Board on 28 July 2026. The Terms of Reference follow an outlined process of review and amendment.

The last meeting of the Dyfodol Governance Board took place on the 28 July 2026.

Meetings have been arranged for the remaining dates in 2026:

  • 27 October

The Governance Board is made up on representatives from partners across Dyfodol:

  • National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health (NCCMH)
  • RCPsych in Wales
  • Welsh Government
  • NHS Wales
  • as well as co-opted individuals.

A number of posts are being recruited ahead of the next meeting that is scheduled for the 27 October.

Meetings are Chaired by the National Clinical Lead for Dyfodol, Prof Alka Ahuja.
