Meera Nair

Meera Nair is Chief People Officer with Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. Prior to this she has held other HR leadership roles in the NHS, including most recently at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. Over a 15 year career in the NHS, she has worked in acute, mental health and community settings and has been responsible for delivery on workforce and organisational priorities particularly organisational culture, wellbeing and inclusion. She previously worked in India and the US in HR leadership roles in the technology and manufacturing sectors.

She is also Trustee at The Maya Centre, a mental health charity for women who have experienced trauma.
