| 29 January (noon) | Nominations close for all committee positions and Board of Trustees |
| 12 February (noon) | Extended closing date any unfilled committee positions |
| 10 March | Voting opens |
| 7 April (noon) | Voting closes |
| 8 April | Results announced |
| TBC 14-17 June | AGM |
