Professor Harry Kennedy

Professor Kennedy is Honorary Skou Professor of Forensic Psychiatry at Aarhus University Denmark and visiting Professor of Forensic Psychiatry University of Bari Aldo Moro.
His reseach and teaching interests include designing and evaluating models of care, structured professional judgement including DUNDRUM Toolkit and related instruments, experimental psychopathology, ethics and values of medico-legal expertise. His books include Seminars in Forensic Psychiatry (CUP 2024) and The Annotated Mental Health Acts (Blackhall 2007).
In addition to research on how to make forensic and general mental health services produce better measurable health gains for patients, Professor Kennedy has written on the limits of psychiatric expertise in the courts, on mental health law and ethics.
