Jessica Ong

Clinical Lead for Autism, ADHD and SEND in South East London ICB, General practitioner, Committee member at British Association of Neurodiversity (BAND)

Dr Jessica Ong is a GP, Clinical Lead for Autism, ADHD and SEND and until recently, Named GP for Safeguarding Children in South East London ICB. 

She is passionate about tackling health inequalities, committed to improving access, outcomes, and experiences in healthcare for neurodivergent people. 

With a love for problem-solving, she thrives in NHS transformation work, driving system-wide improvements towards more inclusive and effective services. 

Dr Ong has two wonderfully unique neurodivergent children, a crazy anxious hyperactive dog and a rock of a husband who holds it all together for them all. 

She brings an expert by experience perspective to her NHS work, to ensure patients remains frontline and centre in all service development initiatives. 

Dr Ong is also a committee member of the British Association of Neurodiversity; a soon to be charity which aims to educate & upskill professionals on neurodiversity.
