Laurence Leaver

Laurence has been a GP at Jericho Health Centre, in Oxford, since 1996 and senior partner since 2015. He is Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer for the Department of Primary Care and a Fellow at Green Templeton College at the University of Oxford.
He received a Lifetime Achievement Award for teaching from OU in 2023.
Laurence became interested in adult ADHD from 2016 because of the clear lack of NHS services for patients with ADHD.
When local commissioners failed to fund agreed services which had been designed with his input, he trained (in 2019) to manage patients himself.
Since then, he joined the executive committee of the UK Adult ADHD Network (which provides training for professionals managing ADHD).
He has approx. 25 publications, with several recent papers relating to ADHD.
