Speakers
Dr Owen Bowden-Jones Consultant in Addictions Psychiatry, overseeing alcohol and drug services in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College in the Division of Brain Science.
In 2010 he founded the Club Drug Clinic, offering treatment specifically for those using 'club' drugs such as cocaine, ketamine, MDMA, GHB/GBL and novel psychoactive substances. Other roles include National Clinical Advisor to Public Health England.
Dr Chanpreet Blayney General Adult Psychiatrist, has a role at Health Improvement Scotland looking at dual diagnosis and is currently Clinical Lead for the Mental Health Strategy in Glasgow
