This webinar will feature presentations of case studies from Dr Sunil Nodiyal and Dr Suzy Ker, followed by a talk from Helen Kingston, with opportunities for discussion and Q&A.

We are delighted to welcome the following speakers for the upcoming Northern and Yorkshire webinar:
Helen Kingston Consultant, solicitor, DAC Beachcroft LLP
Helen is a consultant in the DACB Healthcare and Public Law team. She has been providing specialist healthcare advice to a wide range of health and social care providers and professionals since 1994.
Helen has particular expertise in the areas of mental health law, capacity and consent, patient confidentiality and commissioning issues.
Helen regularly provides training to a range of health and social care professionals, including s.12 and AC induction and refresher training and specialist mental health training.
Dr Suzy Ker Consultant in EIP, TEWV
Suzy is a consultant psychiatrist in working age adult psychiatry. She works in an Early Intervention in Psychosis team covering a rural patch within North Yorkshire. She is also a researcher with particular interest in the health and social inequalities experienced by people with severe mental illnesses.
