Event Information
Call for posters
The call for posters has closed. The submission outcomes will be shared with presenters in January.
All submissions will be reviewed ahead of the conference and successful authors will be invited to display their work in the poster exhibition. Posters from resident doctors may be considered for a shortlisted oral talk and the Research Prize.
Poster presenters should claim expenses from their local organisation.
Call for parallel sessions
The extended call for sessions closed on 27 September, we will contact presenters with the outcomes in December.
Up to three speakers plus a chair will be eligible for a free day on the day of the presentation.
Presenters and chairs of submitted sessions should claim expenses from their local organisation.

The event will take place at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh, 1 Festival Sq, Edinburgh EH3 9SR.

The registration fees include refreshments and lunch. Accommodation and/or travel costs are not included in the booking fees.
