Programme and speaker
We are delighted to be joined by Professor Rohit Shankar MBE, FRCPsych, who will be discussing sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP) & potential mitigation strategies.
This webinar will:
- Highlight the relationship of epilepsy & psychiatric issues
- Outline SUDEP and its relevance in neuropsychiatry
- Describe emerging technologies to diagnose and manage epilepsy which influences harm outcomes such as SUDEP
Learning objectives include:
- A good understanding of epilepsy, epilepsy risk and SUDEP to psychiatrists
- Outline the technologies emerging to improve clinical practice
