Event Information
Overview
Following the publication of the government’s Men’s Health Strategy last month, this conference will bring together leading clinicians, researchers, policymakers and lived experience people to deepen understanding of men’s mental health across the lifespan.
The day will explore national strategy, the big picture, primary care, emotion, what prevents men getting help and implications for practice, training and research. The conference aims to encourage meaningful dialogue and action amongst professionals, policymakers and advocates.
The conference will take place in-person at RCPsych in London and a live stream is available for those joining online.
The conference will be followed by invite only workshops focusing on three key areas, clinical practice, training and research. Conference proceedings will be prepared by the RCPsych and used to stimulate continuing contributions from participants as well as others.
