  • Principles and Practice

  • Legal Considerations

  • How to deliver effective Care Planning

Join us for a practical and thought‑provoking day bringing together legal, research, and lived‑experience perspectives on care planning. Mental health law specialist Peter Edwards will outline the key legal duties that shape safe, defensible care planning in older adult services. Researchers from the Wellbeing in Care Homes Project will share what they have learned about using quality‑of‑life‑focused approaches in real‑world care settings. We’ll also hear from the network’s experts by experience, who will reflect on what meaningful, person‑centred care planning looks like from a family perspective.

To sign up, please fill out this registration form. Please note that all registered attendees will receive recordings of the sessions, which are an excellent CPD resource and can be revisited any time.
