The registration fees include refreshments and lunch. Accommodation and/or travel costs are not included in the booking fees.

Event registrations are confirmed when payment is received in full.
An automated receipt will be emailed within 48 hours of booking.
Joining instructions are sent approximately one week in advance.
Book online
- Pay using a debit card or credit card and receive instant confirmation and a receipt.
Bank transfer
- Request a booking form and return it along with details of your bank payment transfer.
Please note, we are unable to invoice for delegate fees. If your Trust is making payment on your behalf and would like to pay by card, please call Georgie Stewart-Smith on 020 3540 3083 to make payment over the phone.
How does the livestream option work?
This event will be live in London, and also livestreamed online via a platform called EventsAir. You can watch live, or on-demand later.
Registered participants will receive their link to watch the conference in their joining instructions. Joining instructions will be sent out a week before the conference is due to take place. You will have access to conference recordings for twelve weeks post event.

We recommend that you log into the platform in advance of the event to ensure that you are able to access the platform on the day. The recommended browser for EventsAir is Google Chrome, other browsers may not be compatible with the platform.
When you join the conference online you will be able to:
- view a video of the speaker alongside any slides
- ask your questions to the speakers and chat with other delegates via the discussion forum
To successfully join the event online you will need:
- access to a reliable internet connection

Call for posters
The Royal College of Psychiatrists Faculty of Rehabilitation and Social Psychiatry invites poster submissions for our conference in September 2026 in London.
All submissions will be reviewed ahead of the conference and successful authors will then be invited to have their poster displayed at the conference as a digital poster.
