The conference will be held at the Clayton Hotel in Cardiff:

We are currently encouraging submissions for the RCPsych in Wales SAS & LED Conference poster competition.
Along with the opportunity to present during a rapid-fire 'pitch your poster' session, winners will receive:
- 1st place: free entry to the present conference and to a future SAS & LED conference
- 2nd place: free entry to the present conference
The deadline for submissions is September 18, with winners to be announced during the conference. All posters will be presented digitally.
Abstract submission requirements:
- 150 words
- Structure: Background, methodology, results, discussion
- Any type of study is acceptable (e.g., clinical governance, case reports, reviews, etc.)
- One of the authors must be able to register and attend the conference in person

We are pleased to share the programme for the RCPsych in Wales SAS Conference taking place at the Cardiff Clayton Hotel this October. The conference is primarily structured around each objective & deliverable within the SAS three-year working plan, featuring engaging talks on each value:
- Value 1 – Section 12 and AC Pathways
- Value 2 – Supervisor Role Support
- Value 3 – Engagement and Awareness with the College
- Value 4 – Network Strengthening and the role of a SAS rep
There will be additional talks on the Start Well Stay Well Initiative and Portfolio Pathway, with more to be confirmed. To ensure attendees get the most out of the conference, time for questions and discussion has been dedicated after each talk.
