The exhibition brochure and floorplan will be available at the end of November. At this stage we contact past exhibitors, new companies who have expressed interest and all companies we have on our database.

If you haven’t contacted us before, please email exhibition@rcpsych.ac.uk to be added to our database and receive future communication.

The Congress is being held at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) in Glasgow from 14-18 June 2027.

The Congress attracts between 2,500 – 3,000 attendees each year.

From 2027 onwards, we will be introducing changes to the exhibition layout in order to comply with the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) regulations. Non-healthcare professionals and members of the public will not be able to access the main exhibition hall due to restrictions imposed by ABPI.  They have stated that pharmaceutical companies would be unable to exhibit at events where non-healthcare professionals and members of the public are allowed access to their exhibition stands. 

While these delegates play an important part in the College's work, we need to adhere to the rules which is why we will organise the exhibition in such a way to comply with the regulations, whilst also ensuring a positive experience for them.   The registration area will incorporate the RCPsych stand and poster displays, while the main exhibition space will be fully enclosed, ensuring there are no sightlines to pharmaceutical company marketing materials. Access points to the exhibition hall will be staffed at all times by either SEC security personnel or College representatives. 

Our lively exhibition hall is an important part of our Congress, providing an invaluable opportunity for companies to connect with our members and raise their profile.

As an exhibitor you will have unrivalled access to a significant number of international decision makers.

Once you have signed the agreement, the Exhibition Team will work with you at every stage to ensure you are kept informed of deadlines and information you need to provide to us and any deadlines.
