Anna Lewis
Healthcare Leadership Consultant, coach, non-executive director and PhD researcher
Anna is a senior healthcare leader with 25 years’ experience in integrated mental health and social care delivery, innovation and quality improvement, with a longstanding commitment to inclusion and representation.
Anna co-led the development of the one of the first Recovery Colleges in the UK, pioneered peer work roles at operational and strategic levels, championed cultural change in service provision, and has worked widely with Trusts via national improvement programmes, including the Mental Health Safety Improvement Programme and ImROC.
Currently she works in healthcare leadership as a consultant, coach, non-executive director and PhD researcher. She is a visiting senior lecturer in QI at Swansea University, and volunteers in her local community with Girlguiding UK.
