Josh has recently joined the NCCMH as a Quality Improvement Coach to work on the Culture of Care Programme. Josh began his career in NHS Primary Care, where he first started working on quality improvement projects.
Since then, Josh has worked in research roles within third-sector health and social care organisations, harnessing data to drive improvements.
Josh’s interest in improving the experiences of people using mental health services stems from his experiences having family members living with mental illness.
