Niamh Roberts
QI Coach
Niamh is new to the National Collaborating Centre for Mental health, joining as a Quality Improvement Coach in May 2024.
Before starting this role, she worked in a different department at the College, the Centre for Quality Improvement, by supporting a peer-review, accreditation, and audit process for Therapeutic Communities. Services involved in this initiative work with adults and children with a range of complex needs in health, education, social care, and prison settings.
She has a keen interest in using organisational interventions to optimise the effectiveness, vigour and well-being of healthcare systems and has a master’s degree in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London.
