Renata Souza

Renata is a Senior Quality Improvement Advisor at the NCCHM. She joined the team in April 2021 as a quality improvement coach and has provided QI expertise and support to clinical and non-clinical teams on a range of quality improvement programmes, including Enjoying Work; Sexual and Reproductive Health; Advancing Mental Health Equity; and Demand, Capacity and Flow. Prior to starting this role, Renata worked at the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Centre for Quality Improvement managing audit programmes, peer-review networks and accreditation programmes, in a variety of mental health settings and specialties. She also worked at NHS England supporting different projects on system transformation and integrated care.
