A Comprehensive Spending Review is taking place this autumn. This is a crucial opportunity to reverse years of under investment in mental health buildings, which is why we are calling for fair funding for facilities to deliver better mental health care to patients in the future.
Decisions are being made now. Whether you are a College member, or someone who uses mental health services, or who has family or friends who do, you can help.
College members can visit our campaign site to send a personalised email to the Chancellor setting out why we need to invest to #BuildBetterMentalHealth.
We have made it as easy as possible with a ready-made email to send with the chance to personalise it with your own experiences.
Members of the public can also get involved by writing to the Chancellor to share their experiences or why this is important to them – if you’re not a psychiatrist you can still have your say on this important issue.
