Specialist Advisor for Less than Full Time Training

A vacancy has arisen for a Specialist Advisor for Less than Full Time Training, who will provide advice and guidance to the Royal College of Psychiatrists on matters relating to less than full-time training and working, supporting LTFT resident doctors, and the wider psychiatric workforce. 

Working collaboratively with resident doctors, educators, employers and national stakeholders, the Specialist Advisor supports the development of policy, shares best practice, and contributes to the continuous improvement of LTFT training across psychiatry. The role is also responsible for creating and maintaining guidance resources, FAQs, and promotional materials to increase awareness, understanding, and support for LTFT training and flexible working opportunities within the profession.
