RCPsych Wales have recently commissioned Dr Rhys-Bevan Jones to create artwork reflecting the past, present and future of psychiatry in Wales, looking at the attitudes and the developments in the field during these times.

Dr Bevan-Jones is a psychiatrist and researcher at the Section of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Division of Psychological Medicine and Clinical Neurosciences, at Cardiff University.

He is interested in the role of visual and digital media in mental health and has studied illustration and graphic design at Central St Martins and Kingston University (London). He has been awarded a Post Doctoral Fellowship by the National Institute for Health Research and Health and Care Research Wales to refine and conduct a trial of a digital programme for adolescent depression.

We would like the commission to be informed by the views of those who work in the mental health sector aswell as the general public.

In order to do this, we have released a survey to collect these view.
