The Psychiatric Resident Doctors’ Committee (formerly known as the Psychiatric Trainees’ Committee) Officers have finalised their strategy for the year ahead.

Focusing on ‘Empowering Resident Doctors, Enhancing Psychiatry’, the strategy focuses on:

• Nurturing and supporting for resident doctor wellbeing and retention
• Championing fairness and equity for resident doctors
• Enhancing training quality and engagement
