We are pleased to launch a toolkit developed to provide practical guidance for neurodivergent psychiatrists in training and those responsible for their education.
We acknowledge that neurodiversity in training is an area often surrounded by myths and misunderstandings, which can create barriers for both resident doctors and supervisors.
This resource seeks to address those challenges through clarity, evidence-based recommendations, and practical tools that support real-world application.
