Officers' welcome

A warm welcome on behalf of myself and my Vice Chair, Dr Poh Wang, together we make up the Officers of the Psychiatric Resident Doctors’ Committee (PRDC) for the 2025-2026 term.

I joined the PRDC in 2024 as the PMPT Welsh representative, I was also one of the co-organisers of the National Resident Doctors’ Conference in April 2025. I. am delighted to have been elected as Chair of the committee at the PRDC annual meeting in September 2025.

I am supported by Vice Chair, Dr Poh Wang who is a resident doctor in higher training in the London Division.

Together, we have developed and published the PRDC strategy for the year ahead and look forward to representing all psychiatry resident doctors across the UK. We look forward to engaging with you and ensuring that your voice is heard, valued, and addressed.
